Services
Online
Coast's online counselling service offers flexible, confidential support from the comfort of your own space and in your own time. We are dedicated to making our services accessible and affordable to adults across the UK.
Men's Counselling
Here at Coast we work with anyone from the age of 18 but specialise in working with men. Men are often taught to handle life's challenges alone but unspoken stress and trauma can turn into anger, frustration, and relationship issues.
In Person
Coast provides a carefully designed space where you can talk openly and away from any distractions. There are several benefits of working in person for both the client ad therapist. Our space promotes all these benefits and more.
