About In-Person Counselling
Why Choose Coast?
At Coast, I offer clients the space to be able to talk safely, away from the distractions of their day to day lives and their usual environment. Having this space also allows you to leave the therapy within the therapy room, while the commute allows you to process the therapy or any strong emotions before returning home. This service also allows me as a counsellor to pick up on a lot more non verbal communication that can get missed when working online. Approximately 55% of communication is non verbal, such as body language, facial expressions and tone of voice that can be missed with online therapy.
