At Coast I am determined to try and make our services as accessible as possible to adults who are not able to meet in person or choose not to. By choosing Coast you would be in control of choosing your therapist, some online services use algorithms to pair you with your client. You would also have the consitency of working with me rather than being passed from one counsellor to another which can happen within some larger organisations. Our online service allows more flexibility and I will do all I can to work around your schedule, whether you need to fit in your session within your lunch break or around child care.
